Description	To install new fire alarm system in a new structure with sprinkler monitoring and off-site supervision. Ashley Manor Care/Assisted living facility * To construct a new 3,956 sq.ft. single story, 10 bedroom, assisted living facility, which can not exceed 16 patients or the maximun allowed and licensed by the State of Idaho, which ever is the lessor. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment. This building is required to be fully fire sprinklered per IBC Section 903.2.9. with a NFPA 13-D as modified per the State of Idaho, Facility Standards. This project is located in the 100 year flood plain area. The design and construction of buildings and structures located in flood hazard areas, including flood hazard areas subject to high velocity wave action, shall be designed and constructed in accordance with ASCE 24. Submit a flood plain certificate to the Structural Inspector. There can not be comercial style kitchen equipment installed within this building without the installation of a commercial Type I hood and applying for additional permits. MJP PC# 67-03
