(WESTCO DRY CLEANERS) To install the overhead automatic fire sprinkler system for the tenant improvements of 1,136-ft/2 area, within a 3,550-ft/2 separated (by a 1-hr fire barrier wall) portion of a 13,175-ft/2 shell building (active at this date permit BLD03-00035). The tenant is a Type II-A Dry Cleaning plant, using Class-IIIA solvents (IFC 1203.1, 1203.2). Work is related to interior partitions for a restroom and a 1-hr separated Boiler Room. All fire sprinkler system work shall be in accordance to NFPA 13-1999, complying with the IFC-2000 and attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD03-00422.
