(OFFICE PAVILION) To install/modify fire sprinkler protection for a new 10,380-ft/2 tenant space for warehouse/office use in existing building that was originally constructed in Ada County and later annexed into Boise City. Fire sprinkler work is related to the installation of new interior walls, two new restrooms, a new steel canopies on the exterior and interior near the main entrance/exit, some new suspended ceiling areas, new sinks and possible mechanical. Steel storage racking exceeding 8' in height will be provided in the space and will be submitted under a separate permit. The north wall of this tenant space is an existing one-hour rated fire barrier wall that separates this tenant from the adjacent repair tenant under the 1997 UBC. Nonseparated uses per IBC Section 302.3.2. (All S-1 and B occupancies within this building.) This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. All fire sprinklers and related appurtenance within this permit work scope shall meet current NFPA 13-1999 standards, comply with the IFC-2000 and attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, in order to provide witness verification of compliance in meeting minimum code standards.
