(RAPIDIGM)(UNIVERSITY PLAZA-SUITE 425) To relocate 6 fire sprinklers for the remodel and expansion from a 1,550-ft/2 to 1,917-ft/2 office space. Fire sprinkler work is related to the removal of existing and the installation of new partitions, to create new office areas and small conference room. This building is fully fire sprinklered. All fire sprinklers and related appurtenance within this permit work scope shall meet current NFPA 13-1999 standards, comply with the IFC-2000 and attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, in order to provide witness verification of compliance in meeting minimum code standards. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD03-00740.
