(HOLLAND & HART - 15TH FLOOR-PHASE 1) To modify and add fire sprinklers for the remodel of an existing 11,930-ft/2 whole floor tenant space for the existing tenant. This space is located on the 15th floor (14,600 square feet) of an existing high-rise building. Work is related to new interior nonbearing walls and suspended ceilings. This building is fire sprinklered because it is a high-rise. All fire sprinklers and related appurtenance within this permit work scope shall meet current NFPA 13-1999 standards, comply with the IFC-2000 and attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, in order to provide witness verification of compliance in meeting minimum code standards. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD03-00435. Any work associated with the existing elevator lobby/corridor shall comply with the 1-hr corridor provisions of the 2000 IBC.
