Ashley Manor Care/Assisted living facility * To install a (modified) NFPA 13D fire sprinkler system in a new 3,956-ft/2 single story, 10 bedroom, assisted living facility. This building is required to be fire sprinklered per IBC and IFC Sections 903.2.9 with a NFPA 13D system, modified by the State of Idaho-Facility Standards. No commercial style kitchen equipment installed within this building without the installation of a commercial Type I hood and applying for additional permits. The fire sprinkler flow alarm shall be interconnected to the required residence smoke detection system. All fire sprinkler work and related, which includes dual service water supply, the system backflow prevention device (provided by others), shall be per NFPA 13D, approved plans, engineering/red-lining and attached review comments, under direction of the Fire Chief. This permit is attached to: BLD03-00279. This facility cannot exceed 16 patients or the maximum allowed and licensed by the State of Idaho, which ever is the lesser.
