(FAST LANE KART RACING) To add on pendant sprinkler in a 6'-0" x 6'-0" one-hour control room for storage of flammable liquids storage room within 38,335 ft/2 warehouse space in the east end of the building for a go-cart racing facility. The office area and restrooms are existing, lighting and mechanical systems are existing. This building has been analyzed for nonseparated uses for the M occupancies that are currently occupying two tenant spaces, (this is the most restrictive occupancy). This building was constructed in Ada County in 1993 and annexed into the city on 12/13/99. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. All fire sprinklers and related appurtenance within this permit work scope shall meet current NFPA 13-1999 standards, comply with the IFC-2000 and attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, in order to provide witness verification of compliance in meeting minimum code standards.
