Description	IDAHO WATER CENTER BASEMENT (GARAGE) PA1 * To install fire sprinkler protection (including standpipes) in the East 50,500 square foot portion of the underground basement garage, which is open and shared access with the West portion of the underground basement garage, which is addressed as Phase One which consisted of 77,000 square foot portion (FIR03-00067). The break line between phases is column 13.5. This facility is constructed of reinforced concrete with grade level concrete structural support deck for future multi-story office, retail and residential buildings. This garage is fully fire sprinkled. All fire sprinkler system work shall be in accordance to NFPA 13-1999, complying with the IFC-2000 and attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to Building Permit: BLD02-00199.
