Work to include construction of new partition to divide tenant areas, construction of new partition walls to create individual office areas, break room, two conference rooms, reception area, and lobby area, installation of suspended ceilings and relocation of existing lighting, & HVAC diffusers, remodel restrooms for accessibility requirements, This building is fully fire sprinklered, any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department.
