Description	Our Lady of the Rosary (Building Addition) - To add approximately 11,368-ft/2 of existing dry system and new floor area to the existing parish hall. Work to include remodeling of the existing facility, install new kitchen area, add exterior patio cover and storage building. All work is on the north side of the area separation wall. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. All fire sprinkler system work shall be in accordance to NFPA 13-1999, complying with the IFC-2000 and attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to Building Permit: BLD02-2919.
