(AMPHIRE - SUITE 200) To add and relocate fire sprinklers in the remodel an existing 4,517 square foot office tenant space for a new tenant. This tenant space is located in an existing 24,000 square foot one story building. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls and interior doors. This building is fire sprinklered for building area increase. All fire sprinklers and related appurtenance and work within this permit work scope shall meet current NFPA 13-1999 standards, complying with the IFC-2000 and attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, in order to provide witness verification of compliance in meeting minimum code standards.
