This space is located on the 6th floor (14,600-ft/2) of an existing high-rise building. Work is related to interior nonbearing walls and suspended ceilings with restroom upgrades. This building is fire sprinklered because it is a high-rise. All fire sprinklers and related appurtenance within this permit work scope shall meet current NFPA 13-1999 standards, comply with the IFC-2000 and attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, in order to provide witness verification of compliance in meeting minimum code standards.
