DEMO PERMIT ONLY (THERAPEUTIC ASSOCIATES-DEMOLITION) To demo pendant fire sprinkler heads in an 1,829 -ft/2 area for the removal of an existing gridded ceiling system, in preparation to install a new gridded ceiling system and interior nonbearing walls for a proposed physical therapist office on the 2nd floor of a 26,100-ft/2, 2 story with basement, building. This building is fire sprinklered to substitute for 1-hr fire-resistance rated construction. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD03-01183.
