This permit does not relate to any occupancy in either of the above-mentioned locations. This permit has no fire sprinkler work within the permit location of "West of Philly" occupancy. (IFC 105.3.3) The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD02-01179.
