(ST LUKES-EAST TOWER- 2ND FLR) To modify and add fire sprinkler protection for the demolition and remodel of an 8,870-ft/2 Administrative Support area, full service hospital, for hospital staff, adjacent to and serving the new East Wing expansion NICU of the "I1.1". Fire sprinkler work is related to include non-combustible, fire-resistive, non-bearing walls to create occupancy separations at "new suites'"; occupancy separations per Table 3-C; rated corridor exit system; new administration, treatment & exam offices. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD01-02341.
