(WASHINGTON MUTUAL - TRAINING ROOM - 2ND FLOOR) To modify and add fire sprinklers for the reduction in size of an existing training room to about 1,038-ft/2 and to construct a new 140-ft/2 office and a 275-ft/2 hallway. This work is located within an existing 10,728-ft/2, office tenant space located on the 2nd floor of an existing 11 story, 112,000-ft/2 building. Fire sprinkler work is related to new interior nonbearing walls, per plans and review conditions on file. This building is fire sprinklered because it is a high-rise. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD03-01636.
