Work is related to the construction of a tenant demising wall that will limit the area of this tenant to 82,052-ft/2 and will leave a 9,500-ft/2 vacant space that will require a separate permit. Fire sprinkler work is related to the construction of a 250 lf tenant demising wall, remodel of the second floor office space to create training room area. NO INSTALLATION OF RACKING ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
