(SATCHEL'S GRILL) To modify an existing dry pipe system for the conversion of an existing 1,490-ft/2 tenant space to a restaurant. This tenant space is located on the first floor of a 3-story building (the one story portion). The dining area is 839-ft/2. Work is related to 2 restrooms, a Type III grease hood and duct, interior walls and suspended ceilings. This building is fire sprinklered to substitute for 1-hr fire-resistive construction. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD03-00430.
