Pepperhills Elementary School * To construct a 61,000 sq. ft., one story, Type VA-1hr, fully fire sprinklered elementary school in accordance with the approved plans and attachments, CUP02-00135. Other work includes all site improvements, grading, paving and landscaping. All construction must be done in accordance with the City flood plain ordinance. Flood plain certificates are to be submitted prior to calling for final inspection.
Fire sprinkler work covered under this permit is to install 140'-0" of new 6" underground fire sprinkler supply piping. Work is to also include the installation of a 6" Post Indicating Valve.
The fire sprinkler underground work shall comply with NFPA 13-1999, NFPA 24-1995 and the UFC-1997, attached review comment and conditions list, all as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD03-00781. A separate permit is required for above ground sprinkler work.
