(ST LUKES OUTPATIENT INFUSION UNIT- 4 SOUTH) To remodel an existing patient room, including relocating corridor wall, to become Outpatient Infusion Lab; to open existing consulting office corridor wall to create a Nurses Station to become part of the existing corridor. The new Nurse Station will also expand into the existing storage room. The new wall shall be a 1-hour fire barrier to separate incidental use areas; to convert one existing double patient room into a new Long Stay Room and the other existing double patient room into a new Conference Room Long-Term Stay Room, Conference Room & New Nurse Station. The Nurse Station will be open to and have the new parameters existing rated 1-hour corridor include the new station. New walls at west end of Nurse's Station is to be extended into existing storage area and will define 1-hour exit corridor and 1-hour fire barrier separation between Nurse Station 4S202 & Incidental Use Storage Area 4S218; and apply new interior wall finishes to 7 designated patient rooms; and upgrade electrical, mechanical, plumbing, sprinklers & alarms to meet tenant needs and comply with minimum adopted codes per approved plans. NOTE: This building is fully sprinklered.
Fire sprinkler work is to include the relocation of eight sprinkler pendants in the new nurse's station, storage room, corridor and infusion lab due to the modification of the ceiling. All remaining spaces are sprinklered and are to remain as is.
