(STEWART TITLE)(FOREST RIVER-1ST FLR-SUITE 130) Minor remodel to an existing 1,334 sq.ft. first floor office tenant by constructing two new individual enclosed offices per approved plans on file. Work to include some new interior walls, two new interior doors, an interior window, interior finish, minor fire sprinkler work, and minor electrical work. This is a Scope of Work Permit. Letter of Completion to be issued when done. Any relocation or modification to any sprinkler heads will require a fire sprinkler permit. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for one-hour substitution.
Fire sprinkler work is to include the relocation of six sprinkler pendants in the remodel areas due to the modification of the ceiling. All remaining spaces are sprinklered and are to remain as is.
