(BRATNEY COMPANCIES - SUITE 250 - SOUTH SIDE) Fire sprinklers substitute for 1-hr fire-resistant rated construction. To remodel a 4,604 square foot office tenant space located on the 2nd floor (South side) of a 4 story building. Most work is being performed within a 2,787 square foot area. An egress door for the remaining 1,817 square feet is being relocated. A demolition permit (BLD03-02070) was issued earlier. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, millwork, suspended ceilings, and finishes all per the approved drawings and the plan review report on file. The location of fire sprinkler heads shall comply with NFPA 13-1999 as regulated by the Fire Department.
Fire sprinkler work is to include the addition of one sprinkler pendant in the Telecom closet due to the addition of new walls. All remaining spaces of the T.I. are sprinklered and are to remain as is.
