This is a Scope of Work Permit. Letter of Completion to be issued when done. Any relocation or modification to sprinkler heads will require a fire sprinkler permit. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for a story increase.
Fire sprinkler work is to include the relocation of ten sprinkler pendants in the remodel areas due to the modification of the ceiling. All remaining spaces are sprinklered and are to remain as is.
