Work on the fifth floor will include construction of a 12 lf partition to create small conference room and file room. Installation of two fluorescent light fixtures. Relocate HVAC diffuser. Work on the sixth floor will include, construction of a 21 lf foot partition to divide office spaces, the existing office tenant space will be 3000 sq ft, and the future tenant space will be 2233 sq ft. The relocation of HVAC diffusers, installation of electrical outlets, this building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department.
Fire sprinkler work is to include the relocation of three sprinkler pendants in the remodel areas due to the modification of the ceiling on the 6th floor and the addition of one quick response sprinkler pendant to accommodate a new wall on the 5th floor. All remaining spaces are sprinklered and are to remain as is.
