(IDAHO DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH & WELFARE)(JENSEN BLDG #5) To relocate three existing sprinkler pendants to bring within code compliance. To perform miscellaneous remodel in a 33,320 sq.ft. existing office per approved plans on file. Work will include, construction of three new office spaces, removing 32 lf feet of partition and installing a new folding partition door to be installed per engineers note on plan sheet A-2, relocation of light fixtures and Hvac grills as needed, upgrade alarm system, and relocate fire sprinkler heads as required. This building is fully fire sprinkled for area increase. All alterations to the sprinkler system shall be per NFPA 13 as regulated by the fire department.
All work is to be done in accordance with NFPA 13 requirements. The remaining spaces are sprinklered and are to remain as is. This permit is attached to a building permit BLD03-02205.
