A. The plans lack any history information of design, (even though the same Company installed the original system)? Provide enough original design information that would allow the AHJ to know whether this designer is meeting minimum code! (IFC 105.4.2)

B. Information provided on the type of pipe or fittings installed or installing in this area would indicate "steel" (reference Plan Sheet #1, General Notes, Item #23)! This area was originally installed with CPVC! Provide corrected documents addressing the correct system information. (IFC 105.4.2)

C. Information provided on the type of hangers installing in this area would indicate "steel". Steel and CPVC have different requirements for spacing and location to fitting, etc., which is not addressed in this submittal. (IFC 105.4.2)

NOTE: Building permit (BLD03-02344) has not been reviewed or approved through the Building Department or Fire Department. Contractor is will take a risk if fire protection permitting is reviewed and released prior to project permit approval.
