St. Luke's Regional Medical Center *1-South Physicians Lounge * To modify, relocate and add fire sprinkler protection in an existing 600-ft/2, Central Wing Doctors Lounge with the addition of 444-ft/2, to the existing lounge area. Work is related to selective demolition of exterior wall; installation of glass skylight; interior non-combustible framing and suspended ceiling grid system. This building is fully sprinklered. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD03-00314.
