The associated building permit (BLD 03-02623) is to include some minor interior demolition work, a new Type I hood with grease duct and rooftop exhaust fan, providing an approved duct wrap system for grease duct, new make-up air unit, new interior wall behind Type I hood, interior finish, new service counter, mechanical work, plumbing work, and electrical work. A Certificate of Occupancy is to be issued when completed and approved. Previous tenant was "Santa Maria Barbeque" done under MIS02-00010. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered to replace the requirement for an additional fire hydrant on the property per Dave Miller of the Boise City Fire Department.
