Phil Omas, sprinkler riser room is too full, he needs to move the FA panel on the other side of the door (smoke detector to follow) to have the required 3 foot clearance. I told him that was acceptable and to resubmit his as-builts prior to final inspection.

Telephone call with Pete Conlon (Colliers), the building permit plans have been denied based on egress issues. The fire alarm permit plans should be resubmitted with the approved building plan layouts.

Pete is going to check on the other buildings in the complex to ensure the existing fire alarm system does NOT include any components in them.. He will indicate that on the next submittal.

I explained that there were some areas of dificiencies and he would let Jim Falk (designer) know to call and get the information from me on Wednesday 12/24.
