A. The fire department and building department have no history on this facility. Provide existing fire sprinkler head data. Provide new/added fire sprinkler data submittals.
B. Installed fire pump is rated at 750 gpm @ 150 psi. Provide a simple explanation if there any pressure reducing devices on this system or the standpipe system. Is the supply drawing from an unpressurized supply source?
C. Reduced area formula was used which is less than the allowed minimum, or a room design method was incorporated? Provide clarification on what was initiating the 813 ft/2 design area.
D. Sprinkler head #805 is operating below the minimum allowed pressure of 7 psi? Is there system balancing problem? Provide clarification as to why this was/is happening.
