(AMERICAN RED CROSS - 8TH STREET MARKETPLACE - STE 232) To modify an existing fire sprinkler system for the remodel a 5,454-ft/2 office tenant space located on the 2nd floor of "Building 404" in the "8th Street Marketplace." Work is related to existing non accessible restrooms being demolished, the removal of an existing stairway that connects the 2nd floor with the 1st floor, installation of interior nonbearing walls, 3-hr wall infills, a floor infill and interior stairways. This building is fire sprinklered to substitute for 1-hr fire-resistance-rated construction. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD03-002848.
