(CLINIC SPACES)(ST. ALPHONSUS MOB #6-BASEMENT) To modify an existing fire protection system which will include 19 sprinklers in 2 (separated) infill exam office spaces, for a total of 1,761-ft/2 in the basement of this building. Work is related to the construction of interior non-bearing, non-combustible, fire-resistive walls to create exam, testing, office & waiting /reception areas for use by SARMC medical teams and the installation of suspended ceiling grid system in each. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD03-02409.
