To install a required sprinkler monitoring fire alarm system utilizing an existing security panel that is listed for the use. There will be four dry risers with hi/lo air, tampers and water flows (pressure switches). A smoke detector over the panel, pull box in the riser room, monitor the security power supply for the motion detectors, monitor the two door contacts and the two motion detectors. A keypad will be included in the system.

The associated building permit (BLD 03-01159) is to perform code upgrade remodel for a new tenant to an existing 35,843 sq.ft. warehouse space at the west end of existing building per approved plans. Work to include restroom remodel; alteration of doors & hardware for improved accessibility; a new office in the warehouse area; upgrade of west wall to 1-hour fire-resistive construction on interior room side with spray-on fire proofing (special inspection required); and modification of electrical, plumbing & sprinkler system as needed to meet tenant needs and provide compliance with minimum city codes and ordinances.
