To add three duct detectors for HVAC shutdown and notification in the TI space to an existing required fire alarm system that includes sprinkler monitoring, HVAC shutdown, door release, fire/smoke damper control, elevator recall/shutdown and notification throughout.


The associated building permit (BLD 03-02858) is to demo and remodel a 1920 square foot area of the existing north service building to convert that area to a new Environmental Chamber Room. This work also includes installing rooftop mechanical units and related duct work, electrical upgrades, installing a new pre-engineered aluminum access stair system at the mezzanine of building 5 to access new roof equipment and to do related site improvements.
