The associated building permit (BLD 03-02198) is to create a 2,956 square foot office tenant space and to construct interior improvements. This space is located on the 3rd floor (14,600 square feet total) of an existing high rise building. The "core" has a floor area of 2,670 square feet. In addition to tenant improvement work, the two existing "core" restrooms will be upgraded to be accessible to the disabled and the elevator lobby remodeled under this permit. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, interior windows and doors, millwork, finishes, and suspended ceilings all per the approved drawings and the plan review report on file.
