OF THE INTERIOR-FIREFIGHTER & LAW ENFORCEMENT RETIREMENT TEAM)(LAKEPOINTE CENTRE 1-STE 170) To relocate 6 existing fire sprinkler heads to accommodate new file cabinets in a 659-ft/2 file storage room expansion onto an existing 4,539-ft/2 office tenant, on the first floor of an existing building. Total area for tenant will be 5,198-ft/2. The remodel will also create a 276-ft/2 building core electrical/phone/equipment room and an adjacent 1,784-ft/2 vacant tenant space. A separate permit will be required for any tenant to occupy the vacant space. Fire sprinkler work is associated with some new interior walls and some suspended ceiling work. This building is fully fire sprinklered for one-hour substitution. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
