Description	Hewlett Packard - Building 5N * To demo 24 fire sprinklers w/lines, relocate approximately 75'-0" of 4" main, relocated drum-drip drain, install new lines and fire sprinklers on and existing 6" Reliable Model "D" dry pipe valve in the remodel of a 1920-ft/2 area of the existing north service building, converting into a new Environmental Chamber Room. This work is related to removal and installation of walls and ceilings. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD04-02858.
