Phoned bill alexander about status of permit and supposed conversation with the contrator. Bill stated that the contrator could cover piping that matched the original approved plan. I found three rooms that piping does match print. I marked these rooms on the on site approved plans. I placed re-inspection fees for the next inspection due to next inspection being the third time for the same issue (trying to get a cover inspection with out approved plans) 2/19/2004 12:33:42 PM
