(ST LUKES-EAST TOWER-1ST/GROUND/SB FLRS)(ETA SURGERY SUITE) This work is related to the building out of a 26,900-ft/2 of area on the ground floor to be used for surgery suite and support areas. This work is related to the rerouting of an existing 1½" line in the sub-basement at or near column line 40 and H.9, for a 6'-0" square hole being cut through the floor above. No information on what the hole is being used or installed with which may affect the existing sprinkler coverage on this floor. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2000, comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. Comments notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD03-002465.
