(Bown Crossing Market Place-Bldg A) * To install a 6" C-900 underground fire service supply main, East from a service tap off Riverwalk Drive West, approximately 70'-0", then North approximately 55'-0" into the corner and up through the floor with 6" Ductile Iron, to approximately 6" above the floor, within a new 8,870-ft/2 two story, noncombustible, two story, combination retail, office and residential, shell only building. Separate permits, plans must be obtained and approved for the overhead shell and each tenant space to be occupied. This building is to be fully fire sprinklered for Code reduction and fire flow requirements. The fire sprinkler underground work shall comply with NFPA 13-2002, NFPA 24-2002 and the IFC-2002, attached review comment and conditions list, all as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
