To modify and existing shell system for the 1st time tenant improvement of 5,000-ft/2 office with three large training rooms in west end of existing vacant shell building space. Fire sprinkler work is related to new interior walls, new suspended ceiling, new restrooms, new mechanical and possible modifications for new mechanical and plumbing. NOTE: Prior to final IFC approval, and tenant Certificate of Occupancy being issued, the shell building permit BLD02-00699, fire permits FIR02-00273 and FIR02-00347, must be finaled and approved by inspection service signoff by the IFC Inspector. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with these conditions, the IFC 2000, the attached review comments, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
