a. Piping installed is different than plan provided. Provide corrected drawing incorporating correct piping meeting the minimum allowed spacing approved. If this floor or any other floor (incorporating the same system was installed differently than approved plans on file, then this and all other related fire protection work is declared deficient and this facility shall require reverification with calculations and corrected plans that correlate. (IFC 105.2.1, 105.4.2, 901.2)

b. It is also apparent that the floor layout is different than the original Designer plan show a storage room? Architectural plans address this room as a break room? Occupancy hazard difference applies to each. Provide information dealing with the actual occupancy use and resubmit. If OH occupancy applies, provide protection and construction clarification on the plans that meet the occupancy use. (IFC 105.2.1, 105.4.2, 901.2)

c. The ceiling is shown to be 7'-10" elevation. Designers "Pony" walls are 6'-4" which shall be verified. Any distance less than 18" between the floor mounted obstruction and the deflector must apply with NFPA 13:8.6.5.2. (IFC 105.2.1, 105.4.2, 901.2)
