(ST LUKES-WEST WING)(FIRST FLOOR REMODEL-PHASE B) To modify piping and add new fire sprinklers for the remodel the remaining 5,310-ft/2 area on the south end of the 1st floor, West Wing, for SLRMC Administrative Offices. Fire sprinkler work is related to enclosure extension to the new exterior entry, new interior non-bearing, non-combustible, fire-resistive walls which will create 13 office, a work areas, a conference room, housekeeping room, two new restrooms and an open non-rated corridor, reception and waiting area. This building is fully sprinklered. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2000, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. Interior demolition performed under BLD01-01678 with no fire permit pulled. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD04-00186.
