(BIG SMOKE RETAIL SALES) To add one pendant head in the sales floor area of the tenant for proper code coverage/spacing requirements within a 1,500 ft/2 building or portion thereof. Previous tenant was Smoke and Suds Retail Sales, same type of occupancy use as the new proposed tenant. This building is fully sprinklered for allowable area increase. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2000, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: MIS04-00003 (verifying for a certificate of occupancy).
