This work also includes the installation of a shower/eyewash at Clean Bench #161B. This permit also includes related plumbing and mechanical work at the sub fab and interstitial spaces. I talked with John Menard (Boise City Plan Checker) regarding the architectural changes on this fire alarm. He stated that two walls and two doors probably constitute an architectural change and a building permit is required. I sent an e-mail to Paul (MTI) stating such. I stated if he had questions to call John. This permit is on hold pending resolution of the building permit requirement.
