(Residence Inn - Underground Permit) To installation of 6" C-900 PVC underground fire service supply, including thrust blocking, from the property line in Denton, south approximately 233'-0" to a 45º ell, southeast approximately 25'-0", then 90º northeast into a fire sprinkler "Riser Room" #142 southwest corner and up with 6" Ductile Iron through the floor to approximately 6" to a M.J. adapter and blind flange. There will be no work beyond this point. The trench will be shared with domestic service supply line. The fire sprinkler underground work, including digging, backfill, thrust blocking/retaining, flushing and hydrotesting shall comply with NFPA 13-2002, NFPA 24-2002, IFC-2000 and the attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum fire code.
