Description	(IDAHO CENTRAL CREDIT UNION)(TERRACE PLAZA) To locate the existing underground fire service supply line, feeding a basement fire sprinkler system, in an existing Type IIIB structure, to install and outside accessible Post Indicator type control valve which shall be provided with supervision/monitoring. The fire sprinkler underground work shall comply with NFPA 13-2002, NFPA 24-2002 the IFC-2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum fire code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD03-01830.
