Re-Submittals Of The Following Items Are Required:
1. Dry System Water Delivery. The existing dry system has been expanded. Provide dry system water delivery calculations. Calculations for dry system water delivery shall be provided and based on the hazard shown in NFPA 13, Table 11.2.3.9.1. (NFPA 13:11.2.3.9)

2. Working Plans-System Capacity. The existing dry system has been expanded. "Working plans shall be drawn to an indicated scale, on sheets of uniform size, with a plan of each floor, and shall show those items from the following list that pertain to the design of the system: Approximate capacity in gallons of each dry pipe system." (NFPA 13:14.1.3(17)

3. Working Plans-Required Pitch. Plans shall include reference to requirements of pitch. NFPA 13:8.15.2.3.1. (IFC 105.4.2, 901.2, BMC 7-01-50-901.2.

4. Working Plans-Inspectors Test. Provide the total Inspectors Test piping/appurtenance in detail on the plans. (NFPA 13:14.1.3 (43), IFC 901.2)

5. Working Plans-Elevations. Provide clarification of existing main elevation from the floor and/or deck and the new 4" main. It appears that no elevation change was provided in the calculations on the 4", 0'-8½" elevation change. Calculations provide only 12'-0" which is addressed between nodes 10 to CON for the 3" main change, between nodes 6 and 7). (NFPA 13:14.1.3 (43), IFC 901.2)

6. General Notes-Unrelated Paragraph Addressing. The plans general notes have paragraphs addressing issues that are totally unrelated to this projects works scope, which shall be either crossed out or totally eliminated from the plans. (IFC 105.4.2, 901.2, BMC 7-01-50-901.2.

7. Clarification of Hangers. Provide clarification of 3" main and its required hanger supports for areas addressed with "plaster" ceilings, since Plan #1 does not address this hanger situation clearly or correctly. (IFC 105.4.2, 901.2, BMC 7-01-50-901.2.
