To install a life safety fire sprinkler system in a new 3,458ft/2 one story single family dwelling with a 768-ft/2 attached three car garage, provided with barrier protection on all walls facing the living spaces. The sprinkler flow alarm shall be attached to the residence smoke detection system. All fire sprinkler work and related, which includes dual use, single service water supply, the system backflow prevention device (provided by others), shall be per NFPA 13D, approved plans, engineering/red-lining and attached review comments, under direction of the Fire Chief.
