Description	(AMERICAN FAMILY INSURANCE - COLE VILLAGE) To relocate approximately seven pendant fire sprinklers and cut drops as required where ceiling height changes occur. All pendant sprinklers in tenant space will be changed to ½" 5.6 K factor Reliable F1FR Quick Responce with two piece chrome escutcheons. The fire sprinkler work is related to the remodel of an existing tenant space for a new office tenant (1,437 square feet). Work is to include a restroom accessible to the disabled, interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, and interior finishes all per the approved drawings and the plan review report on file. The location of fire sprinkler heads shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2000 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD04-00675.
